Thrilled to be bringing my latest project, Electric Lady to the city! Centered around my collaboration with New York-based composer Danielle Eva Schwob, a “notable cross-genre composer” (The New Yorker) and musical polymath with “deep roots in rock music” (The New York Times), Electric Lady celebrates contemporary solo and chamber works written by female composers, whose works form the heart of this engaging program. Program also includes works by Kati Agocs, Angelica Negron, and Germaine Tailleferre, among others. Featuring guest artists Simon Boyar (percussion), Jocelin Pan (viola), and Anna Urrey (flute). Wine reception at 6:30 followed by program at 7.
